Basic Criteria

Sufficient population within a 2.5 mile catchment area

Rent payable should reflect the local area and project demand

Full A5 planning consent or a good chance of obtaining the same

Seven day trading without restrictions

Good vehicle access for customers and delivery vehicles

Store size should be around 700-1,000 sq ft

15ft minimum frontage
